Who we are

Looped Production is a creative production studio based in Amman / Jordan. This policy covers the website loopedproduction.com and any enquiry you send us through it. You can reach us any time at hello@loopedproduction.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. If you use a form on this site, that means your name, email address, and anything else you type into it — including an optional phone number, company name, portfolio link or attached document.

We do not ask for, and have no way to receive, payment card details through this website.

How the forms actually work

The enquiry and application forms on this site have no database behind them. When you submit one, your browser opens your own email client with the details pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send yourself. That means your message reaches us as an ordinary email and is stored in our mailbox, not in a web server we operate.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. We use no advertising trackers, no remarketing pixels, and no cross-site profiling.

Our traffic measurement is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless: it records aggregate page views and referrers without storing cookies, fingerprinting your device, or tracking you between websites. Because no cookies are set, there is nothing here for you to consent to or opt out of.

Embedded video

Our films are hosted on YouTube and play inside a lightbox on this site rather than sending you to YouTube. The player is click-to-load: nothing at all is requested from YouTube until you press play, so simply browsing the work pages sends Google nothing.

Once you do press play we load the player from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which does not store viewing data in cookies for building a browsing profile. YouTube still receives your IP address and basic device information at that point, under Google’s privacy policy, which we do not control. Closing the player ends the connection.

How long we keep things

Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and then deleted. Job applications are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@loopedproduction.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and contains no login, no user accounts, and no stored customer records. There is no database to breach.

We may update this policy as the studio changes. The date at the top of this page is the last revision. Questions go to hello@loopedproduction.com.
