What this website is

This site is a portfolio and information service for Looped Production. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of availability, price or turnaround. Project terms are agreed separately in writing before any work starts.

Ownership of the work shown

The films, photographs, case studies, copy and design on this site are owned by Looped Production or by the clients who commissioned them, and are shown here as a portfolio. You may not copy, re-upload, re-edit or use them commercially without written permission.

Client names, logos and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here only to identify work we produced for them.

Your enquiry

Do not send us confidential material through this website. Because our forms open your own email client, anything you send arrives as ordinary email and is not encrypted end to end. If a project needs an NDA, tell us and we will sign one before you share anything sensitive.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party services such as YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but project details, credits, team members and open roles change. Nothing here should be treated as a warranty that a specific person, capability or price is available on a given date.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from any inability to access it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute falls to the courts of Amman.
