The project
Looped Production produces the Series A-hweh podcast, bringing conversations with leading Arab and Middle East entrepreneurs to the screen. Based in Amman, Series A-hweh is a private platform for builders and backers, connecting founders, operators and investors around the conversations that matter.
The conversations
The series explores the realities of building a business in the region: founder decisions, company growth, venture capital and fundraising stories. The focus is the people behind the companies, with space for honest accounts of what worked, what failed and what they would do differently.
Podcast production in Amman
Our role is podcast production for Series A-hweh. This project brings Looped Production’s video production work into long-form business conversations, creating a home for the stories of Arab entrepreneurs and the Middle East startup community. For brands and organisations planning a business podcast in Jordan, it shows the kind of founder-led storytelling the format can support.
Featured episode: Abed Mously
Episode 01, “The Ice Cream CEO: This Is Why Most Restaurants Don’t Last,” features Abed Mously, CEO and co-owner of Four Winters, owner of BARE, founder of Tapflow and Entrepreneur in Residence at Vision Ventures. In the conversation, he discusses rebuilding an ice cream brand, why restaurants fail, lessons from his first attempt and what he would do if he lost everything tomorrow.
